I had a deeply upsetting experience with Md Alexandra Meis in Greenwich Emergency Room. From the moment she entered, she was incredibly rude and spoke down to me, treating my concerns with total condescension rather than professional care. The most distressing part was her complete lack of empathy regarding my claustrophobia.
