Alex was absolutely wonderful. She explained everything that was going to occur during my procedure. She gave generously of her time to answer my questions. Alex made me feel very comfortable with her professional and caring manner. A very positive experience.
Felt very comfortable with the way Dr Hockings addressed my issue. She kept me fully informed along the way and made sure that I understood the pros and cons of various options available to me.
I dont know if the doctor is good, but the receptionist taking the call was very condescending, kept referring to me "love" and treated me like an idiot. Was unhelpful, and not the right person for the job. Failed to answer a simple question" can you please advise when is the next available appointment ",as this all I wanted to know at that stage, and insisted on me keep on reading referral over and over, ( one line,,,). This had to be the worst receptionist I ever dealt with.
I had surgery in July 2019 very professional and knowledgeable at first not sure if I had made the correct decision but three months later,the best decision I've ever made, my life has changed from feeling old to being new again,I would recommend to anyone who thinks as I did, go ahead and change your life
