So I believe I may have had a stroke and was having balance issues so I went to see her. She scheduled me for an MRI of my brain with and without dye. After the MRI I spoke to the technician to ask if he was becoming a nurse/did he have a medical degree and no he's doing neither of those things. 3 weeks later when I see Dr McBride she had a two-page packet that she was blatantly reading off of and she kept referencing 'the technician said this' or' the technician said that' and I didn't pay for the technician to be analyzing... read more
Everything is excellent except !): Reaching Optum is a nightmare! Phones are not answered, and call/backs aren't forthcoming!

I don't know if she is the best but has definitely been good for us
I have had a very good experience with Optum and with Dr. McBride, any of the doctors there. I just feel that it's been, you know, especially now that I'm older, I feel that I need, you know, the attention of a doctor at times and advice and I just feel that it's been a very good experience. Thank you.
