Dr Rafailov can c a lot during his tenure in the hospital. Between language barriers w the patients which I am sure they are quite a few in Stamford and people irresponsibility ruining their health which it was the case in my part by gaining weight . You scratch the surface he is a nice person before he is a great emergency room doctor. His job is not to cure you , his job is to make you stabile enough so you can continue to seek treatment w other specialists. Horrible Doctor! was in the ER with really high BP 186/116 chest and arm pain, limb weakness, dizziness and lightheaded among other symptoms that were most likely caused by the covid vaccine. I was told I was fine and good to go home even though my BP was still high and I was still experiencing symptoms and I wasn't given any meds or IV.
