Dr. Sokol is a wonderful doctor who cares about his patients. He doesn't deserve the office manage and front end staff. The office manager is one super nasty person. She doesn't have a nice way of speaking to the patients. Everything is a fight with her. No one has to put up with that nonsense when they go to the doctor. They don't scan my medical cards yet they give them back to me. I get told that a copay is due but when I called up I was told nothing was due. I was told that it is my duty to look up on insurance my copay ... read more
