Dr. Sokol is a wonderful doctor who cares about his patients. He doesn't deserve the office manage and front end staff. The office manager is one super nasty person. She doesn't have a nice way of speaking to the patients. Everything is a fight with her. No one has to put up with that nonsense when they go to the doctor. They don't scan my medical cards yet they give them back to me. I get told that a copay is due but when I called up I was told nothing was due. My review isn’t for Dr Sokol or the front desk. My review is based on the fact that my 87 year old mother was repeatedly lied to by the PA. My mother bluntly told her that she didn’t want to see her but Dr Sokol instead. Repeatedly she was told she would see him but she just had a few questions. The questions are as if she’s a new patient since the PA’s keep changing at each visit and they want a full history. I’ve had great results from this office in the past. They have treated my chronic prostatitis before with amazing results. I haven’t been to the office for four years. Unfortunately, I have had a terrible flare up this week and needed treatment once again. Upon my return to the office, I had to fill out new patient onboarding forms, with a lot of pages.
