I'm a patient to dr.Sokol for more than 20years. Doctor Sokol is absolutely professional, specific, detailed with a such nice personality. But since the new company took over the practice, I have been very disappointed with the service at this office.I called to the office for 5 days ,but no one answers the phone.I need simple thing- renew my medications.Right now I'm out of the town and can not come to the office.Looks like very good service is dead.

This office is absolutely terrible. Front desk staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Reschedule my appointment from 10 am to 4 pm and newer notified me All appointments were a waste of time. Never got to see the Urologist but only PA. Will not recommend this office.
I just visited the office yesterday and have to say it again — Dr. Sokol is truly the best! He always listens carefully, takes time to explain everything, and has a calm, reassuring manner that eases my anxiety every visit. My husband is going to dr Sokol for good few years now. And doctor is the best and professional, however his receptionist, the russian speaking, is the rudest person on earth. We have met the deductible s for this tears so we don’t have to pay co-payments and she wouldn’t have it. Did not want speak to insurance or refused to send the bill if the co-pay will be outstanding. .
