I can't believe these negative reviews. Doctor Sokol is absolutely professional, specific, detailed with a such nice personality. His office is clean and he has a friendly and efficient staff that care. Minimal wait times is a huge plus.
Can't understand the negative reviews, ive never had any issues with the staff. Ok, some dont have the best bedside manners but that's ok. Dr. Sokol is a nice man who is very friendly. Been coming here for about 7 years now.
O stars is what this doctor or “ghost” of a Dr. is… I saw him once in 4 visits. Then there’s the rude barely speaking English staff. But the big topper happened today. After receiving a message from his office that I had a urinary tract infection I decided to go to City Md before taking the antibiotics because I don’t trust his pathetic staff. I don’t have a UTI! Run don’t walk away from this incompetent place. THE WORST.
I’m going to this office more than five years and never had a problem with anyone, always take me on time, maybe only one time I had to wait about 30 minutes because someone in front of me had to repeat a test he’s doing couple times, everything nice and clean
Office staff does not care how long patients wait in waiting room . I was waiting for doctor for hour and half and nobody cared to ask how long I have been waiting until I reminded about my appointment time . I was very sick and specifically asked to see doctor not PA . They said I have to wait for two weeks to see doctor . I was waiting being sick . When I came 2 weeks later doctor was not available . I was very upset . Never called back with my test result . Not going back for sure
