Dr. Shapsis is a great doctor, he’s very knowledgeable and professional however, I’m giving stars because I’ve been waiting since Nov 2024 to have my endoscopy/ colonoscopy done. When they finally give me a date to come in they end up pushing me back until the end of the month. I’m left feeling absolutely terrible because of this.
