You are lucky to get one star because there is no option to give you less than that. After waiting for three hours, I hope you realize that patients have a life as well as you do and would be very unfair that while you get things done through out your day we as patients can’t because you make us wait three or more hours just get see your doctors you put on your clinics. Ok so i had reviewed them on my 1st visit and gave them a 10 FF to my last 2 visits. I waited for 2! Hours!!! Walked out! I had to get my blood test done in order to have that for the dr to see my numbers for my medicine. The lady in front had no idea what i was there for. And yes i tried explaining but she zoned me out. FF TODAY I said well maybe this is a one and done thing,,NO! I just went back for blood work and the office is packed! Where do I start with this office the problem I Have with the mount prospect office is with the front desk I feel like they need to be trained better they need better manners it doesn't matter if you call from a Dr's office or not they still don't pick up because I myself work at a Dr's office :Poor Front Desk Service most of the front desk girls are rude lazy and no manners :Every time you call you cant get a hold of anybody :wait time is ridiculous Good Things about this office : Dr's are really nice cant complaint the onl... read more

Este lugar es un negocio. Le mandan a hacer exámenes innecesarios, le mandan a tomar medicina que no necesita. Para nada les interesa su salud.
