I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. As a side note, on my way to the appointment I was worried that I must have gotten wrong directions because I was practically out in the boondocks by the time I reached their building. Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Was this family doctor's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely!

I recently moved to San Antonio, TX and I saw about 3 physicians before I found Dr. Alexander Roka. My experience was great. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I got lost on Stone Oak and they stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes until I finally found them. Dr. Roka was very attentive to my many medical problems and I felt at ease with him.
