Dr. Perkelvald is a good, pleasant, respectful doctor who evaluated my mother ‘s condition. But the problem is with the receptionist. She was incredibly rude from the start, refusing to help with blood work telling me to ‘do it yourself’. She would pretend to ignore me when I had any questions. The worst part was when she insulted my mother, who is disabled and has a serious medical condition.
