My daughter is a patient and she has been very sick with pulmonary issues, Dr. Tiu has been great getting her back in good health. A great full mother who lives in NY
The Office of Dr. Tiu overcharged $99.00 for the regular visit even after providing my insurance with 35.00 copay. The front desk person was very disrespectful after I complained for the intentional overcharge and asked me if I want to get my money back and leave. 15 days later I came back to ask for the refund and they told me that they send me a check in a mail. I still not have the refund check! I will not recommend this service at all.
Be prepared to wait. And wait. And.Wait. My appointment was at 11:10, I MIGHT get seen at 12:30. 1-21-2026. Went to see Dr. Tiu on the 19th for persistent cough, low grade fever, and heavy chest congestion. I was given a shot, told there would be follow up meds given by prescription. I asked that the prescription be called in ON THE SAME DAY, AS I WOULDN'T HAVE TRANSPORTATION AFTER THE 20TH. No prescription has been called in, and NO ONE WILL ANSWER my calls. I have been trying for nearly a month to get the Dr office to send one final document to the medical supply place. They claim they sent it and medical supply place said they received everything except the one document that is suppose to be signed by the doctor. I have spoke with the office several times and one lady got a bit snappy with me and they keep saying they are going to send it, but still failed to do it.
