Excellent experience from beginning to end, as the staff & Dr. were friendly and kind, and explained the process in detail with visuals at a level I could understand. Answered all questions in simple terms. The organizational culture seemed to be focused on a vision of striving for excellence. Now I am recuperating & time will tell how effective the root canal services I received were.

My son is autistic and not very comfortable around certain Dr's or Dentist's but I highly recommend Dr. Kutuza he cares about his patients, the office is in Hickory NC it's very welcoming, and also has a great staff!

The endodontist did a good job, it seems, but the office needs significant improvement. When a provider is out of network and a patient has just paid a $1,500+ bill, it's concerning to find out five days later that no one in the office has submitted the information to the insurance company even after it was provided in person and emailed to the office. When someone calls to follow up and is told, "I can't send insurance claims if I don't have the information," and that filing the claim is merely a courtesy, despite the infor... read more

I rarely post reviews but my experience atKOS Endodontics was great. The entire staff were not only professional but very friendly. Dr. Katuso did an excellent job on my two root canals explained the procedures what to expect and was virtually pain-free. I highly recommend this office if you need a root fill
