To this date I am forever grateful to Dr Li for going the extra mile.
Dr Li is great. Reception is bad, rude, and condescending on the phone.
I have been a long time patient since Dr. Yue and now with Dr. Li. The doctors are amazing but I have been unable to schedule my appointments, prescription refills, requisition for my annual body checkup or anything because of the unpleasant receptionist that answers the phone. The previous one (who wore glasses) was very pleasant and professional to deal with. The current one needs to be either trained or relieved of her position. Dr. Alexander Li was our family doctor when we were living in BC, and he was always very caring and concerning our health issues in kind manner. We really appreciate his support.
Extremely rude receptionists, really poor attitude over the phone AND in person. Dr Li is very professional though.
