I had a stiff neck, tinging and some numbness down my arms and including my hands, which continued on and off for a couple of days. These could be partial heart attack symptoms - As precaution went to BSW Grapevine ER. Saw Dr. Hatcher - He listened and explained a plan to see what's going on and did many tests, then explained what he found. He was direct, thorough and frank. Excellent doctor.
Don’t ever allow him to care for you. He will rush you and pay no attention to your actual needs. At 15.5 weeks pregnant he prescribed my codiene for a headache. Instead of running the proper tests to find out I had a serious sinus infection that needed to be flushed out. Not given narcotics for my baby and I to consume and risk becoming addicted. Glad I went and found a second opinion and followed my gut cause he’s ridiculous and can’t be trusted.
When I have anxiety attacks I cannot feel my legs, arms, or face. I lose my words. I can think clearly but I cannot speak clearly. I have no strength. Sometimes I also get chest pains from the anxiety. I did this on 1/10/2020. I was at hospital because my husband was in the hospital. By the time I was to get in bed in ER I was scolded the second time. A lady ... read more
Just saw Dr. Hatcher at Baylor Grapevine’s ER. He was very kind with an amazing bedside manner . He took the time to explore all options and was very thorough. Excellent physician !
Saw Dr Hatcher at the ER in Grapevine. He took the time to explain what steps he was going to take to investigate my issue. Very kind bedside manner.
My husband was seen by Dr. Hatcher who was helpful and listened to our concerns which led him to look more in depth at my husband's symptoms. We were provided good treatment optios and clear instructions for what follow up was needed.
Dr. Hatcher provided the very best care for our daughter this week. He was prompt in diagnosing the issue and arranging for an emergency surgery for her. We are very indebted to him for his knowledge and expertise. Highly recommend his bedside manner, as well.
I'm actually reviewing this doctor according to my daughter's recent visit to the Baylor emergency room in Grapevine, TX. My daughter has been to this ER on many occasions but she does have multiple health issues. Even if she didn't have legit reasons this doctor should not have entered her room saying "Oh I see you have been here at least twice a month for some time, oh wait you did have a break here". This made my daughter feel awful & that she was being a bother to this doctor. To be con't.
