Dr Rico was very pleasant, his staff however were extremely RUDE. When I got to my appointment, the receptionist was texting on her phone! I felt as though I was interrupting her. The young gal that called me back however was very nice, soft spoken very bubbly. I will return, but hopefully the receptionist will have learned some manners.
Stay away from this doctor. He performed surgery on my eyelids as I had trouble with my vision. The first one went o.k. The second time I had excrutiating pain afterward and he refused to prescribed any pain meds, saying the surgery went well (maybe for him). He, on my return visit, implied I was a drug addict for requesting something to help with my pain. He also screwed up the surgery and now I may have to have another surgery by a plastic surgeon who specializes in eye surgery to correct what he did wrong.
