Hands down the best.
No words good enough to describe Dr fruchter but I will say he is a great DR he is so very nice He tells you exactly how things are gonna be done if you do it fine if not it's the risk the patient will take and he makes you laugh I will tell you Dr fruchter is the best Dr I have ever had and I'm so happy and his staff is so very nice thank you so very much for all that you are and all that you do Linda Wilkins
Tried to visit as a new patient. Booked an appointment a few weeks out. I recieved 2 reminder calls about my 3pm appointment. Showed up 20 mins early to fill out new patient paperwork. I guess they don't do new patient paperwork. OK. Sas for 35 mins in the waiting room after my appointment time. After making a comment that I may leave if not seen soon I was brought back and sat in the patient room. The nurse took my blood pressure and took my o2 level. Dr. Fruchter is great as a provider and will give you proper knowledge on what is going on with your health, but the office staff needs to do better. You have to wait days for a call back, and most times you won't get onez. Your request/ concerns are completley disregarded there when you call. You ask to speak to the provider and the doctor dosent take the time to call you back, instead the nurse will call. Very unprofessional and careless. Front desk should do better with patients.
Dr. Fruchter is by far the most knowledgeable, transparent, ethical, and compassionate MD I’ve ever met. He explains everything to the patient in plain language, ensuring they fully understand their situation and can make informed decisions about their treatment plan. He even references national science websites and other credible sources in front of the patient to provide evidence or rule out potential causes of the disease, giving patients confidence that they are in good hands.
