Love Dr. Frangas but the people answering the phones need to have an attitude adjustment.
Dr. Alex is the best doctor I have ever visited. He takes the time to explain everything in detail and shows genuine sincerity to all my concerns. I am so happy that I finally found a physician that actually cares and isn’t rushing me out the door!
Dr. Frangas is the best! My husband and I both appreciated his warm and caring demeanor. I wish his front desk staff were more efficient and responsive! Because he is so great, I overlooked the front desk challenges. Hoping my insurance is back in network soon so we can return!
Great bedside manners. Listens to patients and incorporates patient in decision making rather than telling them what they need.
Everyone should be blessed to have a MD like Dr. Frangas. It would not be overstating that he is amazing and really cares about his patients their understanding of their health and offers them choices to manage their own health. He will take time with each of his patients. As a nurse, I know this can be unusual as the saying goes time is money, but I’m not sure that really matters to him. I think he wants all his patients to be the best they can be. I am so happy I found him.
