I recently had my annual physical with Dr. Tran Plata, and I had a truly excellent experience. She was very kind, attentive, and professional throughout the entire visit. What stood out most was how thoroughly she followed up with me afterward and took the time to clearly explain my lab results in a way that was easy to understand. I typically do not write negative reviews, but after waking up this morning still feeling frustrated. I felt it was important to share my experience. On my lunch break, I visited the office to pick up a form required for my college admission process as I prepare to pursue my masters degree in Healthcare Administration. Ive been taking my family here for 15 years. This place keeps going downhill since they changed ownership. No call backs, no accountability for their mistakes, prescribe wrong medications, you could be dying but if yiu dont call to get an update on your results you would never know! They are a Lawsuit waiting to happen!
This drs office is very professional and the employees are very nice and the dr is a very good Dr The Dr took the time to listen and try to figure out what was going on with my husband and got us in and out in a timely manner
