Just wanted to take a moment to thank Miss Luz in the front office who has for years I have known her has always been amazing. She is always willing to go the extra mile in making sure all my questions were answered. Customer service is very important to me and she goes above and beyond to make sure my mom and I are taken care of. The first person that greets you when you come into any establishment and Luz is part of the reason this is still our doctors office...
My son had an appointment with Dr Syed .it was confirmed and on the voice confirmation message was never mentioned he would see a different provider. However he saw a different provider. No one ever called to discuss his blood work result. I sent an email to the director Mr. Anthony Bartlett inquiring about the issues he never responded. Very unprofessional practice. So disappointed.
The doctor and clinic were extremely unprofessional. My wife went to see a doctor there because she was vomiting. Then the doctor prescribed the medicine, but this medicine needed to be confirmed with the doctor again by the pharmacy. However, the staff of the pharmacy contacted the clinic and the doctor at 2:00PM. But we couldn't get in touch. Up to now, we still haven't been able to get the medicine.
