I wish I could give a lower rating for the service here. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received this morning at the center. The staff were rude, dishonest, and constantly shifted responsibility instead of helping. In particular, a staff member named Jackie was extremely unprofessional and looked down on customers. Her attitude and behavior were unacceptable. I believe your team should seriously consider retraining staff on professionalism and customer service.
