I am giving it 2 stars because I loved meeting Dr. Miller but the overall service here is atrocious. They are apparently switching systems and billed me for 2 visits when I had only visited once for an annual check up. It took me 3.5 weeks to get through to someone who explained the system change prompted the bills and i can ignore them. So I did. 2 weeks later I received another bill in the mail and you can imagine what hell it was to get in touch with someone. I had an appointment with Dr Amy Tran, and it went smooth! The wait wasn’t long. She took my issues seriously and I received the necessary referral. It’s really refreshing as a woman to feel heard and receive the proper care. I will be returning, and I’m glad to have found a doctor that I feel comfortable entrusting as my primary care physician. Also, I’m glad I paid the co-pay upfront. I’ve met tons of clinics that are kinda sketch and wait and throw a huge bill in your face!

My father is a patient at Excelsior and has been enrolled in the RPM and CCM programs. Rosie and Noemi have provided nothing but exceptional service. They are always attentive, compassionate, and respond in a timely manner. They make sure we stay updated throughout the process, whether it’s regarding medications or any other medical concerns. Their communication and dedication have made a huge difference, and we truly appreciate the care and support they provide. Thank you both for always going above and beyond!
