Open billing issue since last four months and post initial commitment, they failed to rectify it. Now they don’t want to honor their word which is very disappointing. Good doctors, but will move back to Piedmont who are a much more professional unit. It’s not worth continuing business with them.

I love my physician but the staff leave things hanging I needed a new free style monitor so the cvs pharmacy sent the right model and specifications to be able to run it through insurance it took then more than a week and a half talk to multiple people to get the doctor to prescribe it. No one receives the faxes ? I have to call multiple times the pharmacy too. Once the updated the model Myrna told me wait another 2-3 days for the doctor to prescribe it. Ask for a manager im on hold for 20 min already

This office is exactly what’s wrong with health care. Probably not on the doctor’s side. Terrible to communicate with. Office / business manger shouldn’t be running a lemonade stand on a Saturday morning curb side. Really embarrassing professional standard. If I could give this place a minus 10, I would. Very unprofessional staff at front desk and very unprofessional at taking accountability for mistakes. No one calls you back. They are not concerned if they give you an incorrect prescription and boldly lie about it as well.
