We visited this urgent care clinic when our child was sick. Before our visit, we submitted our insurance information. However, upon arrival, we were informed that we could not see a doctor unless we change our primary care provider to one within their network—a requirement that was never disclosed beforehand. Coming from NE GA Medical Group, this visit was completely different. For once I felt listened to! Walking in the door, check in, vitals, exam and bloodwork all went smoothly, everyone was kind, felt very comfortable. Kelcie Miller was AWESOME. Eye contact, listened to everything I said, notes were available from vitals… I didn’t have to repeat anything from person to person. I finally found a medical center that cares about the person, not a number!
