My 76 year old father has kidney stones. We've been waiting Patiently by the phone for his surgery appointment.days go by .I called and left a message with the surgery scheduler . She finally calls back 2 days later and very rude like I was bothering her. She says the soonest thing I have is October 25th. Today is October 2nd. I told her I'll find someone else.

Made an appointment with Dr. Dehann a month out and asked if my insurance would cover everything, I have good insurance so I’d be surprised if it didn’t. I was told I would get a call with that info before the first appointment. I never did, I called two more times and one week before and specifically said I’d like to know so no one has to waste their time if I do not go through with it… I wake up early, drive 25 minutes, am told there is a $25 copay for the consultation, fine, but I still need to make sure the procedure is ... read more
