My 76 year old father has kidney stones. We've been waiting Patiently by the phone for his surgery appointment.days go by .I called and left a message with the surgery scheduler . She finally calls back 2 days later and very rude like I was bothering her. She says the soonest thing I have is October 25th. Today is October 2nd. I told her I'll find someone else.
