Over two years I've been sent to get labs done and never a follow up from Dr. Zwart. My PCP found lab results on an annual check up that concerned him and told me he was going to send me to an endocrinologist, which was Dr. Zwart. I told my PCP I was already sent there by him 2 years two years ago and there's never been a follow up on my tests from him. Nor has he given any follow up information to my PCP. Now I go to somebody else.

Many office issues, But the worst was findiing out the Dr. Looked at my lab results and didn't tell me, that I had diabetes, in fact he said, I'll see you next year. He didn't tell me my glucose was 297 and A1C was. 12.1 but sent a copy to my primary Dr. I could have gone I to a diabetic coma, or worse. Ill never recommend this Dr. or facility. to my rimary.Dr.

If I could I would not give this place any stars. I saw Doctor Zwart and he is not the doctor you want to help you with insulin for your diabetes. I was told by him that I don't need insulin how does a doctor tell you that when you were diagnosed with diabetes at 7 yrs old this is a doctor who seems to want to make you a project and see how long you can make it without your insulin. I have been seeing doctor Zwart for over a year. The doctor has been treating me for thyroid issues and hypopituitarism. He is extremely thorough, patient, and professional. My condition has been steadily improving. I am very happy.
