This place is so disorganized and the staff lacks of assertive communication. I made an appointment to get a vaccine and DROVE 2 HOURS TO GET THERE” just to be told by the secretary. “ oh, we don’t have that vaccine”. Apparently they didn’t have the vaccine for over a week and the secretary didn’t even thought about checking if the vaccine was available before scheduling my appointment.
