I wanted to schedule an appointment with Dr. Alexander Bakis for my mother, as I had heard many great things about him as a doctor. However, my experience with his receptionist, Lena, was beyond unpleasant. She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and outright disrespectful over the phone.
