I am a repeat patient of Dr Alex Yuen, having been treated a number of times for both mole removal and lipoma excision. I cannot recommend Alex, Leanne, Liz and the team at Dr Yuen's office more highly. Bad experience dealing with the different offices that Dr Yuen consult at. First, it was the receptionist who is very inexperienced and then second, was the Dr Tracy who was there instead of Dr Yuen. Would definitely not recommend.
Extremely poor customer service. Support staff are rude and arrogant. They do not understand patients are customers. I canceled my treatment accordingly
Dr Alex Yuen made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Incredibly skilled and cannot thank him enough for helping me relieve my insecurity. Amazing surgeon and would recommend!!
Dr Alex Yuen was so nice, caring and easy to talk to. He was happy to answer all questions. Really put my mind at ease for the procedure and done an amazing job. Can't fault him at all! Would definitely recommend him
