have been going to this facility for over 30 years - was recently hospitalized due to a heart condition - I had open heart surgery when I was 6 and now have developed atrial fibrillation along with a list of other issues - on 14 medications and was seen by some doctor that never introduced himself to me while I was in the ER - told the Charge Nurse to please keep this doctor out of my room that I didn't know him and he was giving me incorrect information as what my cardiologist had advised me on. One star only because 0 isn't an option. Was told policy requirement, must see nurse practitioner Mina instead of the actual Dr. I was prohibited from making an appt to see the Dr. So I reluctantly made an appointment with the nurse practitioner Mina. I was told she doesn't use her last name so just Mina. Mina didn't listen to anything I had to say. She didn't get my prescriptions right and she lied to her staff about it .
