One star only because 0 isn't an option. Was told policy requirement, must see nurse practitioner Mina instead of the actual Dr. I was prohibited from making an appt to see the Dr. So I reluctantly made an appointment with the nurse practitioner Mina. I was told she doesn't use her last name so just Mina. Mina didn't listen to anything I had to say. She didn't get my prescriptions right and she lied to her staff about it . I've been a patient of these Doctors for 20 years and I love all the Drs and nurses. They take care of me for all my health issues which is many. If you need a Dr that really cares about you and remembers you at every appointment this is the practice for you
