Avoid! Such an unprofessional office! Never got to see any doctor, so I can’t speak to that. Someone else used the word ‘sketchy’ to describe them… seems pretty accurate! My medical issue is pretty serious and I’m quite emotional. I spent quite some effort to prepare for this appointment, still was treated with no respect for my person and my time. Gives other medical professionals such a bad reputation!
They want to charge USD 600 for a 15 minute telephonic consultation if you are an international patient. That’s prohibitively expensive and over twice their usual fee. Why?
Dr Ahteynshlyuger was patient and thorough. We hoped to get all the prep done and the surgery prior to us leaving the country for two months. He facilitated this. We drove several hours to use him, he is top notch and his team, though young, are surprisingly impressive and professional.
★☆☆☆☆ The office of Dr. Alex and his entire team are extremely unprofessional. They treat you terribly, like you’re worthless. They charge you a lot of money making you expect real help, but then if you have a problem, they just turn their back on you. Never go to this doctor — everything they claim is a lie. All those positive reviews you see are fake; the only real ones are the negative reviews because they tell the truth. Stay away from this place!
I went in specifically for internal anal warts, which I explained to the doctor. Despite my concerns, he did not perform any proper internal examination — only a quick visual check. The doctor said there were no internal warts, even though I can clearly see abnormal tissue myself.
