I have been working with the doctor for over 10 years and he has taken excellent care of all my patients.
The receptionist is rude and condescending when responding to basic questions. A receptionist is the first point of contact for patients, and her tone comes across as impatient & dismissive instead of helpful. In a medical setting, patients often call because they are anxious or unsure, and a little warmth, reassurance and empathy go a long way. Unfortunately, that's completely lacking here and reflects poorly on the practice as a whole.

Had an urology issue and consulted with Dr. Shteynshlyuger. He was very thorough and genuinely showed interested and care. The office was prompt and made sure that everything was explained. I am very satisfied and will continue to see Dr. S.
