Very attentive and helpful. Patient education was very Precise.
Dr. Ordonez did such a great job on my surgery. His staff are super sweet and pleasant to work with as well. I would recommend him for bariatric surgery to anyone.
This place has POOR communication skills. I’ve been hospitalized several times AFTER the gastric sleeve. Complication after Complication.Reached out to Ordonez to no avail! Deanna, the lady up front is rude! They don’t return your calls, and lies about contacting your insurance company, you MUST go behind them and do the work. I feel ignored, and pushed to the side.
