Dr Greenberg's bedside manner leaves much to be desired. I can live with being treated like a dog if the medical services are top notch...but the lack of follow up, billing, and communication was enough to convince me to warn others. Took unneeded X-Rays (after providing my dentist's). Front desk over charge by $250. After finding that I did in fact already hit my deductible, the front desk just tossed my call around the office with progressively more attitude. Be careful, I got charged for after hour services Even though I got there during business hours. I originally went to see a doctor David Dane, and found out he doesn’t do extractions, but he was able to take a piece of my tooth and after spending a couple hours with him that caused me excruciating pain that I didn’t have before I got there. He then introduced me to doctor Greenberg and he proceeded to take the rest of my tooth out, and it was all considered to be after hours procedure and they charged me and not my insurance... read more
The ABSOLUTE BEST! Including the STAFF! His work is exceptional, amazing patient relations and the staff is always kind, friendly and accommodating- and, they call you back in a timely manner! I'm so grateful I found Dr. GREENBERG for special work, when necessary!
Absolutely Outstanding Experience! I had an incredibly smooth and pleasant visit at this dental office. I was seen right on time—no waiting at all, which I really appreciated. The front desk staff and dental assistants were so friendly and welcoming; they made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. My husband had an extraction , He was bleeding for 2 hours we had to go to emergency because this “ Dr” let him go immediately. H I’m a dental assistant and he supposed to keep him at least 30 minutes in the office. Please do NOT go for any dental work to this “dr”
