I went to see Dr Koefman after experiencing severe and debilitating pain for 5 months. An MRI showed that I had a bulging L4-L5 disc severely narrowing the spinal column. Alex discussed the available treatments and keyhole surgery seemed to be the most permanent option. I had a 600km journey to get there and Alex offered to do the surgery 2 days after the appointment, I took him up on that option which was a month ago and the day after surgery was totally pain free and have remained so.
