Extremely irritating receptionist, prevaricating nurse. Not sure if it is ignorance or apathy.
Poor communication by/with office staff Is a major impediment to receiving timely care. Apparently they are poorly trained which reflects directly on the doctors' lack of management skills. Renewing expired prescriptions is virtually impossible. Lapses of weeks, if not months, occur frequently before authiorizations are made to the dispensing pharmacy. Complaints to Dr Weinstein are given lip service with no action taken. Go elsewhere tp preserve your health and peaceof mind.
Staff is rude with mendacity being their least endearing characteristic. Getting a script renewal is almost impossible, sometimes taking a month or more. Save yourself much aggro and go anywhere else; it couldn't possibly be worse.
