My experience with Dr Alex today was exceptional, he was informative and understanding and answered all my questions. The whole experience from dealing with him, his rooms and the Day Surgery was professional and caring and cannot be faulted, highly recommend.
I had a disappointing experience Dr Huelsen & his team. He was rudely dismissive of my symptoms, suggested they were stress related & repeatedly asked about my state of mind. His receptionist was impatient & curt when I went to pay. I’ve since seen another specialist who was curious and kind enough to find the cause of my symptoms. If you require an old school doctor who may tell you you’re imagining things, this is your guy. If you prefer a kinder manner & a good listener - I suggest you find another doctor.
