One of the worst and disheartening service and experience in our lives. My father have been with Dr. Fijman for years and he treated my father since 2016 for asthma with inhalers. He was continuing to take inhalers since 2016 and my father did say that he was not getting better even with the help of inhalers. End of June, he has been having back pain and went to the ER and he was diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer that has spread everywhere including his brain , bone, spine. I never, ever write reviews no less bad ones.Went to Dr Fijman with high hopes of him giving me answers about 2 small blood clots that were found in my lung. First he couldn't pull up my Xray or cat scan from the hospital so he had no info on my situation.I told him I suffered from anxiety so gave me a card suggesting I see a psychologist! The other card he gave me was to see a audiologist because he said I was hard of hearing. I went to him about my lungs and came with home with no answers. We drove an hour and then sat in the waiting room for about 20-25 minutes, before I was called into a back office where I was told Dr. Alex Fijian, MD of Ossining, NY “does NOT see children...we’re sorry for the mistake...we’re not sure how this could have happened”. I’m asking for compensation in the amount of $172.50 to cover my mileage and our time; I’m asking nicely.
Ok Doctor but every time you try to get an appointment or ask to speak with someone you get a complete runaround for days with incompetent rude reps.
