I found this experience to be rather disappointing. He says upfront that he is not a medical doctor or a dermatologist. As a result of the service I received, I developed broken capillaries on a part of my face. While this may be an uncommon occurrence, it is nonetheless upsetting. Especially since this was intended to be a beauty enhancement.
