Dr Chen is THE BEST. Super kind, very thorough, and extremely non judgmental. Glad we got him as our pediatric dentist 🦷 He spends time and answers all the questions, and is very reassuring. Great experience with him.
Office is bright and clean, all the staff were super polite and friendly. The hygienists and Dr. Chen were very thorough and informative. They were understanding, compassionate and relatable. I really enjoyed my experience- not that I enjoyed having a child in need of dental care lol. They went above and beyond to help work with my situation and give me advice on finances and dental options.
I don’t usually feel called to leave behind a review, mainly because my time is filled with the world's most vital to me little people, my children. My eldest daughter is four years old, and she has recently fallen victim to a treacherous cavity. Our family's dentist, Lantzville dentist (excellent clinic), referred us to Metral Paediatric Dental and another local paediatric office (who later called back with a consult appointment for July).
