Been going to this clinic since I was 14 (I am now 36.) I love all of the doctors. Especially Dr. William Chen who is my doctor. He always makes me feel safe and reassured, and I never feel rushed. He’s always so kind and takes the time to listen to any of my concerns. My parents used to be seen by Dr. Sim, and my mother still talks about him to this day. I just love this clinic and will never switch!
This clinic is off the hook! When Dr. Sims was at his old office on Walters Road, it was at least tolerable. However, when they relocated to the new office on Brightwood, all HELL broke loose. This facility should be closed down to say the least, due to overcharging their paying customer, respectively, the ELDERLY.
