Rude and dismissive
Dr. Caten and his office were so nice and accommodating to my daughter and I. After waiting months for an ENT appointment I called them in desperation as my daughters teachers were emailing us asking if we had her hearing checked as they were concerned. They got us in the next week and everything was explained so clearly to us. Nurse Becky was amazing and jumped in to save the day when my daughter was upset with the possibility of surgery. Thank you Dr. Caten, Becky, and office staff!!
I had a great experience with Dr. Caten and my sinus surgery. He is so “down to Earth” and I felt comfortable from the beginning. I had never been under general anesthesia before but i could tell he was very competent. My surgery went so well and I didn’t even panic like I thought I might because the entire staff was so kind and did such a great job in prepping and recovery. My sinuses already are feeling so much better and this is just the start of healing. He is a great doctor and surgeon.
I went to Dr Caten to find out what the Inspire appliance for sleep apnea was. He throughly explained how it worked. He is very patient focused, and covered every detail of the process. To top it off, he called me the next day following the surgery, which was a Saturday, to check on me. I've never had a Dr do that, and I've been cut on a lot. Dr Caten performed a total Thyroidectomy, as I healed my voice was deeper & gravelly. Dr Caten & his staff were extremely compassionate & very patient as I feared my normal speaking/singing voice may not return. His empathy was constant even connecting me up w/a speech therapist. Now one year later voice is back & I sing with my band once again. Dr Caton & his team are rated the best of the best & I agree. Karla
