UH lost my bloodwork not once, but twice, in December and January. I Left numerous phone calls and email messages for Dr Serra asking for a phone call. His PA did finally call and completely blew me off she said she would talk to the Dr and get right back to me. I have yet to hear from them. My blood work is still MIA yet they did manage to bill my insurance for the blood draw! Needless to say this is unexceptionable. I have since moved my care to the Mellen Center CC I diagnosed right away, night and day experience.
Don’t go to the Cleveland Clinic for your ms. They will push certain dmt/dmd’s on you. They claim to be the best in ms care but they are on big pharmaceutical pay role. I am young 27 but I’ve had ms for 6 year. I have fail on many ms drugs. They weren’t caring and didn’t look at me as a whole like they said they do. I switched to Uh for everything and had nothing but good caring doctor. Doctor Serra took the time to read my old medical records and mri’s with me.
