This review should be directed to Dr. Perez' staff. Today, I went to my scheduled appointment; waited 45 minutes before a technician took my blood pressure and other vitals. Then I waited again before the office manager told me that I was no longer covered by insurance. Of course, that ended the appointment. I went home and did my own research.
