I met Dr. Roca’s, NP Alex. He was truly exceptional. He listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and created a thoughtful treatment plan. I appreciated how patient and thorough he was.
They are very kind and professional. I have been a patient for 20 years and my experience has always been 100% excellent! They always treat their patients very kindly and professionally.
Terrible to get in touch with, never answer the phone. Hard to make an appointment unless you do it in person after an existing appointment. OH, and they stopped accepting Aetna. Who doesn't take Aetna? I will be taking advantage of the opportunity and finding a new doctor. I never met Dr. Roca by the way.
