I was involved in a horrific car accident, and I'm lucky to be still alive. It was in no way my fault, but if I'm honest, it's been extremely difficult to live with severe chronic back pain for 1 year and 3 months. I've been to the ER for pain relief a multitude of times. Dr Betancourt does his job well. Unfortunately, his office is locked all the time, the front office staff cover for those in the back and pre-authorizations run out of time because of non-urgency on their part. If this office ran well, patients and family wouldn't be unruly. If you need to post signs that difficult patients will be asked to leave, you may be part of the problem. For the love of God, answer your phones, schedule procedures the Dr ordered and communicate with patients. Utter incompetence at this office!

I’m very grateful for the care and professionalism we received from Dr. Betancourt. Dr. Betancourt took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made my family member comfortable throughout the process. I truly appreciated the compassion, expertise, and attention to detail shown by Dr. Betancourt and the entire team. The staff is very attentive from the minute you walk in. This office has been incredibly unreliable. After my appointment in January, I was given the runaround for seven months regarding necessary injections, which I never even received. To make matters worse, the staff didn't even call me back during this entire time. On top of that, they frequently hung up on me and treated me very poorly throughout this frustrating process.
