My boyfriend had a brain biopsy done by this man and after he got it done he got more sick and everything went down hill after than and eventually passed away not a month after his surgery! my boyfriends mom and i and his family wanted to know the results for his biopsy because we didn’t have them yet my boyfriend wanted to know too but left without knowing… and now that we were trying to get them they can’t give it to us? We still don’t know till this day if it was cancerous or not.
Dr is awesome but his front desk staff is rude. I requested to talk to management and the girl asked why. I’m like because I want to let her know a few things that need to be brought up, she went to the back for like 10 minutes and came back and said she was on a conference call. Yeah at almost 5 PM? They don’t care and I hope Dr is aware of how they treat people
The staff is horrible. Took over a month just to get an appointment. They just keep give my Dr and self the run around. They are so rude over the phone.
My husband was diagnosed with a brain tumor back in October 2024. When I asked around who was the best neurosurgeon in the Valley, I was recommended Dr. Betancourt and those people who recommended him were absolutely correct. Dr. Betancourt has been nothing but kind and compassionate to myself and my husband. While at the hospital Dr. Betancourt would go in to check on my husband every day even if it was late at night, he would answer any and all of our questions and concerns and most importantly he would give us "animo".
