Doctor needs to get new staff.. Horrible experience getting anything done with his staff. Drove several hours to get the testing they requested before surgery several times just to find the staff had not submitted all requested medical documents. You will NEVER call a call back from them... Just very dissapointed so far. Lucy is the name of the one who should of taken care of this correctly and still hasn't several months now.
Experienced surgeon very professional and helpful
Dr Betancourt is knowledgeable and displays compassion. I was in excruciating pain and when I pointed where I was hurting he stated “that is coming from the T spine and I was fractured like he stated. He performed kyphoplasty and the excruciating pain is gone.
This review is for the medical records nurse {Lucy} in charge for Dr.Bendecourt office here in Harlingen. Wonder if Dr.Bendecourt knows of how rude you are and how you don't do the job that you are ask to do for a patient. When medical records are ask for a patient follow through without hesitation or your very ugly DEMEANOR.. I owe him my life. I had a severe spinal injury and was taken to Valley Baptist Medical in Harlingen. He was my surgeon and because of him, I am on the road to recovery. Thank you Dr. Betancourt
