I am writing in this review on behalf of my sister. We live in different cities, however I have traveled down to accompany her to see Dr. Betancourt several times. It is absolutely ridiculous how that office is managed. One of the visits, we waited in a full waiting area for several hours to be called in only to have the receptionist yell out Dr. is out and is not coming back today. Unbelievable. Dr Bentencourt is aamazing. He helped my mom w/neck injury and thankfully she's good and out of pain..
Dr. Alejandro Betancourt and all his stuff are a joke. No one answer the phone after the surgery. He gave me his personal # he told me that he was having problems finding a good secretary. But still since my stimulator surgery 8-20- 2023 I only have the chance to see Alejandro Betancourt 1 time,after I Called his office so many times to tell Dr. that I'm having pain around my lower back exactly in the surgery area. Office staff has not been able to schedule my father its been more than 3 months and all I ever get is finger pointing from this staff and lies that the paperwork isn't in. We even tried going in person. How are people suppose to get health care access when there is not appropriate or efficient communication! Extremely frustrated and disappointed in the level of service by this office.
