Dr. Khan is a decent guy, quick chats, helpful most of the time. Their receptionist later in the day is awful. I ended up waiting 30 minutes to get seen by Dr. Khan. Not getting into the nitty gritty of it but I ended up leaving after not being a priority. Called to get my medication refilled at Ottawa Pharmacy and they told me Dr. Khan is refusing to refill my medication now since I missed my appointment that I ended up waiting 30 minutes for and leaving. Dr. Khan is an incredible physician. He is able to communicate on a human to human level and never makes me feel like a psych patient. He is great at working with me on goals and not only helping currently but also for the future. Very grateful for him & his office staff.
