Very unprofessional office. Good luck ever getting anyone on the phone and if you have a billing issue? DON"T BOTHER. Seriously Goldenberg is a good doctor, but his office is TERRIBLE.
Dr. Goldenberg is a wonderful doctor -- warm and caring. He helped enormously during a challenging time.
The worst! Reception staff tell me that they need records UPON my arrival. No one calls you to request or prepare you for your appointment and they had over a month to contact me. That attitude of them was also childlike. The young Black girl who looks 12 was licking her fingers with her gulp drink and donuts in front of me, not even to wash her hands dealing with patients. I am a care manager who escorts a client to infusions at Dr. Goldenberg's office. I am impressed by the entire practice, from Dr. Goldenberg's detailed attention to all aspects of the treatment protocol to his entire staff's excellence.
