I like the doctor but I’ve never waited for less than an hour to see him and after today’s 90+ minute wait, I’m done. Consistently, egregiously late over the course of four office visits. Apparently the scheduling department is now handled by a call center instead of in-house, and they routinely triple book patients. Probably a symptom of private equity invading our health system. The delays are inexcusable. If you value your time, find a different provider.
I’ve been with DrG since 2003. He has saved my life 4 times. He’s an amazing doctor with a grateful bedside manner. No other person in the world I’d rather get bad news from and I’ve had my share, but he also blushes when he smiles. I love that.,I was able to see my grandson born 3 years ago. He was so proud. Awful experience. Zero communication, nobody responds after appointment via phone/email. Appears they recently got bought by private equity? Avoid.
Abysmal. I can't recommend this place to anyone. Apparently they were recently acquired and it's all downhill from here. Stay away.
