Dr. Romero is the best doctor from my overall experience. He's been my pcp since 2019. No matter the circumstances, he always looked out for my well-being especially with many years of health struggles. I appreciate everything he has done and continue to do for me. Highly recommend to anyone on this earth.

Worst customer service I have experienced at any medical clinic. We recently selected this doctor as our PCP and went in for a consultation because my husband needed a referral to a specialist. It took about a month for them to send the referral. When the specialist finally received it, we were informed that it had not been properly submitted through the insurance, which caused an additional two-week delay.
