Scheduled a visit for leg swelling and diagnostic testing. The doctor walked in and immediately said I had “no business being there” and that I was wasting his time because he’s a surgeon. Extremely rude and dismissive. After I complained, he apologized and left. When I requested a refund, he threw $50 cash at the staff to give to me. Completely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and do not book with this provider.
I’m so grateful for Dr. Alberto J. Lopez, MD - my vascular surgeon. He is so kind, empathetic, and patient. Even more importantly, he has the intelligence, skill and precision that makes me so comfortable placing my life in his hands. I strongly recommend Dr. Lopez and his staff at Carrier Clinic (Weston).
He saved my father’s life. Bed side manors are on another level of kindness. We will always be grateful that Dr. Lopez was the one who performed an almost impossible surgery to save my father’s life. Thank you Dr. Lopez.
