At visits, Dr. Espay was very kind and appeared compassionate. He spent a considerable amount of time educating both my husband and I about Parkinson's disease. But when my husband was in the hospital and having difficulty being cared for appropriately, Dr. Espay never reached out to us despite being at University Hospital and texting him. Amazing bedside manner, listens to you, talks to you with compassion and intelligence. Has a good sense of humor. Highly recommend Dr. Espay and his team. very in-depth consultation. Thank you.
Great bedside manner. Comes in with suggestions and listens well. His fellows are always professional and on top of details and information. Entire staff is polite and courteous. Worth the drive.
Worst experience with dr provider to date. Invalidated my entire experience. Questioned diagnosis I was given from genetics and cardiology. Was rude and dismissive. I left feeling defeated and unheard. Spoke to department head about my poor experience. Will never see this dr again.
