I am disappointed with the service I received. My appointment was on Monday 1/15/2024 @ 1 pm. I arrived 30 minutes early. At 1:30 p.m., the receptionist informed me that he was not going to make my appointment because he was caught up in surgery. She rescheduled me for Thursday 1/18/2024 at 1 pm. at the Eastside location, which is closer to my home and work. This time I saw the arrive 10 minutes after my appointment time. Amazing doctor, he took a very good care of me , I have no words to thank Dr Aviles for his hard work on my surgery for breast reduction , thank you for making it happen for me, I still cannot believe that the amazing change it’s already here, I am very happy with the results , still waiting on the healing to become 100% , but I’m patient and thankful that the change already happened, and no more daily neck and back pain, no headache ,pressure on my shoulders ….
