I am very disappointed with the result of my breast reduction after over a year. I tried discussing my concerns with the doctor and the medical staff but they did not follow up. I went from an insecurity to a bigger insecurity. One of my breast size is noticeably bigger than the other and I cannot wear proper bras or clothes. What will they do now? Absolutely NOTHING. They don’t care.
I came to see Dr. Aviles For Dercum’s Disease, a medical condition that causes multiple lipomas often times painful to very painful. I guess I should’ve checked first as The doctor was unaware Of the condition. He advised me that he could only remove two lipomas, fatty tumors at a time based on my insurance. Well, that Will be a problem as I have probably hundreds. It’s been a while since my procedure but I am not pleased with the results I feel it was rushed looking at other people I know who went to other doctors here in Michigan I feel there’s are nice I wanted to get another procedure done and contacted this office but I thought about how I truly feel about the outcome of my last procedure and changed my mind. I am disappointed with the service I received. My appointment was on Monday 1/15/2024 @ 1 pm. I arrived 30 minutes early. At 1:30 p.m., the receptionist informed me that he was not going to make my appointment because he was caught up in surgery. She rescheduled me for Thursday 1/18/2024 at 1 pm. at the Eastside location, which is closer to my home and work. This time I saw the arrive 10 minutes after my appointment time.
