I got comfortable with staff. sessions were typically painless. I was actually referring people to this office.. However, I had to cancel one appointment last minute due to a family emergency (that was the first/only time I did that without a 24 hour notice) since then I have been ghosted and im left with two unfinished teeth that are extremely painful. Just very unprofessional and unfortunate that a dr will act that way towards a patient. Mind you, this was not a reoccurring thing.
