I just got off the phone with Shirley and she's one of the rudest front desk receptionists I've ever been on the phone with! Perhaps an interpersonal communications class would greatly help. She throws a "please let me finish" at me and then when I'm trying to speak she interrupts me three times followed by a "ok, bye bye." Come on, Shirley!
