* no star * is what this practice deserves! The most unprofessional practice I’ve ever been to from the rude receptionist to the lack of communication from Dr Shafransky! The waiting time was extremely long. Like many other reviewers mentioned, it seems everyone is booked at the same time, resulting in over an hour of waiting before even starting tests.
