This "Dr. Matuza" is the worst of the worst. I got my wisdom tooth pulled out along with a cracked tooth beside it less than 2 weeks ago. He was so rough when he put his hands in my mouth and didn't even explain anything before he did the procedure. During the surgery as he took my cracked tooth out first, I choked on a piece of it. He told me its just blood I was choking on. I really wanted to punch him in his face after the surgery. He didn't even give me proper instructions on how to take care of it at home. I took a day off for this appointment. Came about 20-25 min late with severe pain and was refused to be seen by the doctor. I was late because Google gives 1212 Kings Hwy and in fact it is 1302 Kings Hwy. When you call the office to ask like in my case about the address, they put you on hold. For being just 20 min late they refused to see a patient with sever dental pain.
I was having mouth pain from what seemed pretty obviously to be my last remaining wisdom tooth. I had had that pain before, which prompted the removal of my other 3 several years earlier, so was pretty confident this was the issue again. The dentist I saw for the referral agreed & sent me to Dr. Matuza. Dr. Matuza proceeded to completely misdiagnose my problem. This "doctor" ran late with his appointment and into my appointment time then accused me of being late and And LYING and refused to do my surgery after I waited months for the appointment and had the audacity of telling me, a patient!, "I am not working into my lunch break because you are lying ". After I specifically asked to check the cameras to prove what time I got there in front of the receptionist who saw me sign in.
