Front office needs some serious training. Called in to get seen for the first time. I get a call on the day of my appointment to get rescheduled (20 days later) only to show up for the rescheduled appointment and the office is closed. One would think it would be pretty easy to schedule appointments on the days the office was OPENED.
Horrendous. Let me start by saying I never write reviews. Takes a lot to get me here. I waited a month for my first visit and Dr. Anderson rushed out of the room after speaking with me for just 2 minutes. Didn’t even get to address my pain points or anything at all for that matter. Dr. Anderson had zero patience or care at all for my issues or needs. Was solely going through the motions to collect his check. Most worthless Doctor visit of my life. Wouldn’t recommend anyone I care about to go here.
I have recently read a negative review from today, August 29, 2024, from one of Dr. Anderson's patients. In all of my experiences as well as my family members, we have nothing but the upmost respect for Dr. Anderson. I'm not sure why he feels the way he does but please don't let one review keep you from having a doctor that truly cares about his patients' well being. I would refer any of my friends to Dr. Anderson as well.
