I have the highest regard for the entire endo/colo team for making this experience the most pleasant and efficient process I could have ever imagined—from registration to recovery. How many people can say that after a colonoscopy?!
The only problem.... the woman who checked me in asked if I wanted the receipt for my copay emailed. I said yes. I'm still waiting for it. Can you have it emailed to me????????????????
I had a fantastic experience at The Valley Hospital! Dr. Kwon is incredibly knowledgeable, and the entire team was warm, welcoming, and kind. I couldn’t have asked for better care — 10/10!
Was welcomed at first check in, the lady was extremely friendly and helpful. Got downstairs and the lady who checked me in was bitching that I called you and left a message letting you know your time to check in was 6am and my paperwork said 6:30am. I told her I don’t always look at my messages nor emails right away and she was snippy towards me. IF YOUR HAVING A BAD DAY STAY HOME! The nurses and Drs were pleasant and caring otherwise!
